Easy Refunds

At Trend Designs, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. But if you’re not happy for any reason, we understand. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase.

You can request a refund or exchange on all Trend Designs orders, including Sale products, within 7 days of delivery.

How to Make a Return

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, Take a photo of your packed item and send it to us via WhatsApp on +964 786 991 2323. Don't forget to include your order number.

How to Request an Exchange

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your exchange, Take a photo of your packed item and send it to us via WhatsApp on +964 786 991 2323. Tell us your order number, and the name of the product you’d like to exchange it for.
